Forge Mountain has been supplying “down home goodness” to folks near and far since 1963. Back then lots of families made their own jellies, jams pickles and such. Forge Mountain products had to be better to earn their place in the cupboard. Now, almost fifty years later, we use the same recipes and same attention to quality that made us famous. We are proud that so many of our customers have us ship our treasures to friends and family all across the country. We are even a “must” stop in lots of peoples’ vacation plans.
We use only the highest quality fruits and vegetables, many from local orchards and farms. We get them at their peak of flavor and cook them up in small batches with pure cane sugar and other all natural ingredients just like Granny used to.
Today, we offer other wholesome foods and treats, that are grown and made to our exacting standards. We offer the “best of the best”, like blister fried peanuts, Naked Bee lotions, Carolina Plantation rice and grits, Charleston Tea Plantation, Café D’amore, Gullah Gourmet and more.
We also offer unique gifts including Southern Candles, Carruth Studios, Willow Tree, Real Deal Brazil and Pioneer Folk Toys.
