An absolutely wonderful French dressing, This was the house dressing for the historical Woodfield Inn when owned and operated by the Clemmons family from 1940 through 1981. Still handmade in small batches by the same family, this dressing is legendary. Some customers buy it by the case cause even salad haters love Patty's. Hardly anyone buys just one. Be sure and plan ahead as we often have a waiting list for this dressing.
